- Hotel School / Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Catering.
- Min. 2-3 years' relevant experience in 4 / 5 Star Hotels / fine dining restaurants, preferably in Hot or cold Kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation in accordance with high-quality standards.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene standards.
- Immediate joining preferred.
