- Civil engineering with min. 8-10 years' experience in high rise building construction projects in UAE, worked with Main Contractors.
- Strong experience managing residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements, including Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
